Description With a blackened hand
Upon the bruised mug
Of some other man
I heard the song
The sirens sang to me.

"Let me kiss you"
"Oh, sing me to sleep"
"The story is old - I KNOW"
"But she was old"
"Forget-me-not-eyes"
"May the lines sag"
And ceaseless other things
I couldn't understand.

A shot through the dark
That shattered glass--
I wish it had been glass--
You beg me to shake,
And tell me it'll make you HAPPY!
Well you're a NICE guy
But nice has been naughty
And has broken me
And stained my face with blood.

Why was it with him
That I heard those words
"YOU JUST HAVEN"T EARNED IT"
Why not you, you who
Claims to love me
"Why pamper life's complexity?"
So why then did you leave?

Was it so wrong for me
To live a life worth living?
To like a few but never love
How I loathe to know you!

I'm sorry that you feel that way,
I'm sorry for the way the wastes wave
Water fills the grave of your shallow heart
I thought you were smart
I thought you were smart
I thought you were-- OH!

Crazed, crazed, crazed with fame
Desire, and lust.
Do you see my broken frame?
Do you see the rust?
A scheme I dare not speak of
And YOU REVEALED ME TO THE ONE I DREAM OF!
You with your petty wimperings,
You petty shouts
And all of your petty things!

Well, shame, shame, shame
You half-wit with rot for a brain!

Haha, thank you ^.^

I don't think they;re that good... but I'll tell you my method...

I write all the time. I always have a fountian pen and a legal pad (if I can't manage to afford a packet of wedding invitation kits... I prefer tha paper they provide). If I hear anything that makes me think of something catchy, I immediately write it down.

I've also learned to write when I'm sitting around. No matter how I feel. That way i can try to catch more than one emotion. Most people are always sad, or angry, or happy (I think the latter is the worst) and I don't really like to always be one. Most of the latter stuff is angry and sad, butttt... I have somethings that I haven;t posted that I'm working on, tying to tweak them.

Err... really just focus on the beauty of words... When I was learning to speak I wouldn't say a word unless I could pronounce it kind of like James Bond (haha, I guess at that age it's hard to understand the slurry dialect here... and I must've hated it), I would lock myself in a room for hours trying to say a word till it was perfect (this is of course what my mom told me... I can't garuentee the validity...).

In high school I discovered Wilde and Voltaire... The former possessed both wit and beautifully wielded words, while that latter lacked the beauty and fluffiness in words, and instead possessed wit and a nack for amazing satire.

I've really just tried to combine the two.

Another thing... Be childish.... roleplay... Most of the stuff I write is not from my point of view.

lol thanx for all the advice!! X3 im more of a doodler than a writer but i do enjoy writing the occasional poem, mostly depressing sad stuff! and i like to take a view point of a character (such as Sasuke) and write about something (like the Valley of the End) from his point of view!! lol but yea, thanx!!
