haha sorry i saw this so late! glad you like the comic! as for speech? it is up for debate. Predator 1 first introduced speech when the predator started laughing in a human-like tone near the end. Predator 2 showed that they 'can' speech english but it seems very gruff/difficult for them due to how odd their mouth is. Overall though it is accepted that they can UNDERSTAND some human languages well enough, but might use their voice recorders to communicate (or charades like scar/lex did in the first alien vs. predator). In this comic though I intended that Scar was trying to talk to her 'normally' without the recorder hence for the weird jumbled word bubble there to show that he's struggling w/ the language. sorry for the long reply XD but there isn't much of a 'canon' to this, we can only assume based on the movies/video games how they deal w/ human languages.Β

hey, wassup, small point to make. Yautja (or Preds) CAN actually form human speech, kind of like a parrot. if they start young enough, and practice enough, they could speak as well as a normal human, albeit very gruff and deep sounding voice.(thats just my take on it)
