I like the way you have set this up, the angle works for me. However I think her head looks a little uncomfortable at that angle. I do like the expression on her face - it seems as though she is saying 'why are you photographing me?'. Its a good photo, but her head just looks a little too angled to me.

The soft light is the perfect opposite of her hardness (spikey hair, stare, bone structure). The transparent black shirt flowing gracefully across her figure with peeks through it is also a great touch.
