This is a variation of Focus. I found that I like it better in black and white but I don't want to take away the color from people who like it.

Great photo, love how her legs are almost like greek columns rising up to support a beautiful 'tympanum', decorated and everything. Wonderful choice to show it in B/W btw, makes it indeed more serene and gorgeous

I'm guilty of saying that too. But I try to convey "good work to everyone who helped!" With me it's usually just the model, myself and rarely a makeup artist.

Doesn't matter how good you're photos are, the interaction with them is equally important is my guess and a big 'why' they give you these great poses and emotions

It is something simple I know. But very few frame their subject matter. And while not always something that can or needs to be done. You have it just about perfect.

I like imperfections, that is why I use polaroids or previously exposed film etc etc.
