Akira has a pretty large scar she got from surgery that was a result of being abused in her early teens. She doesn't like having it photographed but I did manage to convince her to let me shoot her naturally with it and explained no one would care if she has a scar or not. I may upload a photo that shows it in the future so long as every one respects her when they see it.

As I've known her I think the scar is starting to fade- or maybe I'm so used to seeing it that I don't even see it anymore.

i have no idea why a model would be ashamed of her scars, imperfections are what makes models so much more beautiful, knowing that they are not perfect dolls, they are humans as well.

She thinks people will hate her for it, since it's on one of her breasts and it would resemble breast augmentation.
