Well I have a few issues with the anatomy. FOr example, the eyes are a bit misplaced, the waistline of the girl is a bit unnatural, the posture of the guy on the left looks like he's kinda about to fall.

I suggest you should look up poses for anatomy, there's a lot on here.

While the shading on the characters looks fine, I also have an issue with the background. It seems a bit lazy, but I doubt you draw backgrounds that much.

These are just some things you need to work on.

I really appreciate the feedback, drawing people is not my strong suit and yeah I don't draw backgrounds very often I even though it looked pretty bad. P.S. I will definitely start looking at poses when I draw. Thanks!
