This piece was inspired not by my love of Street Fighter or Chun-Li, but by the artist who in my opinion helped put a number of Capcom games in my top tier of must-owns. Bengus, aka CRMK. I don't have any one artist that was the only influence for me, But Bengus is absolutely one of the ones at the top of my list. Street Fighter: Third Strike was, and still is for me, the best 2D fighter ever created (Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 is a very close 2nd). There a really good blog about him here: www.capcom-unity.com/bigmex/bl… and after reading that, I had to draw Chun-Li. So here's to Bengus, and hopefuly we'll be treated to more of his art. Enjoy!
