Description We had a table at my sister's wedding reception with her favourite pictures of our father and her, along with a memory candle because he couldn't be there on her wedding day. The candle represents a recent tradition to not only honor my father, but my brother... and all of those who we love who aren't with us anymore.

Sorry for your past loses and hope you don't have to experience another for a very long time. That's a really sweet thing to do though

Yeah, it choked me up when I saw it though. I mean..i had prepared the pictures and everything but I didn't set it up. I wish death wasn't something that happened so often in my lfe, but it happens. Theres nothing i can really do about it except cherish the people who I love and never take them for granted.

Ha. I don't "hide" my sweet side. I just don't tolerate alot of things. say I'm at a bar witha bunch of friends and some guy thinks he can disrespect me by grabbing y ass. He's in for a surprise. Probably not a very nice one.
if you don't let yourself get close to people, you're missing otu on an aweful lot of great times. Going through all the bad is worth it to have all those good memories. All you can do is appreciate the time you got with that person and the fact that you knew them at all. Life is too short to not liveit to the fullest.

I can image being choked up when finally seeing it all together and it really hits you.
Definetly makes sense now, why you act so stern. Not a bad thing I guess, you seem to have your sweet side I'm not as strong, I refuse to get close to people because I can't bare to let them go. And it's something you always have to face, eventually. It's awesome that you've been strong enough to deal with it and continue to.
