Description
A web interface I entered in a compition. It did fairly well, considering I didn't know we had to have content. The interface suffers from resolution issues though, so try viewing it in 1280x1024.Related content

I used a scanline effect. This can be done by making a 1x2 (WxH) transparent canvas and then filling one of the pixels black. Then make it a pattern. You can also make the scanlines thicker if you wish.
