Description JUST QUICK VIDEO SHOWING U HOW TO IMPORT AND EXPORT DOA5 OR ANY OTHER MODELS INTO BLENDER 2.49 AND HOW TO LOAD THEM BACK IN TO XPS/XNALARA AS ASCII FILE

press Ctr+j to JOIN PARTS
press H TO HIDE PARTS
press Alt+H TO UNHIDE 
PRESS G TO MOVE SELECT MESH PARTS 
press TAB TO GO INTO EDIT MODE
press M TO MOVE TO NEXT LAYER 
PRESS O TO MOVE ALOT OF ONE PART OF THE BODY 
PRESS P SEPARATE 
PRESS S THEN SHIFT X FOR SCALE ON X AXIS EDIT MODE ONLY 
PRESS SHIFT+D LEFT CLICK MOUSE SCALE -1 in EDIT  MODE ONLY
PRESS SHIFT+D DUPICATE PART

thanks for the tutorial,any idea on how to import doa5 tmc/tmcl files then export as a mesh fopr xps? 

blender 2.49 will let me export mesh,but cant use the tmc import tool,and 2.78 can use the tmc tool but not export mesh

its was one of thing keep me away from blender for so long because i didnt know how to import or export models into blender back to xps im glad i could help u if u have any videos u like me to make do let me know and i have more videos on how to bone weight copy how to smooth out and remove seams and full video on how i made hyrule warriors lana fully custom model

what to do poses or renders i dont know nothing about renders in blender only how to port,combine create and rename bones in blender could u explain what u want me to teach u please ^^

rendering i dont know nothing about, now porting models i do but not doa models yet im doing sfm to xps video very soon when i get full day off to work on it

There any many reason for this problem, either you did not use the right python, or the ascii is corrupted (may need to re-save it again in XPS), or you do not possess the ascii extension in your blender.

how about telling us how to get the ascii extension working on blender 2.49, i'm sure a lot of people are looking to figure that out more than knowing how to load a ascii model in blender

will most people dont know how to import a model into blender because no onea told them how to, only how to combine models nothing more people cant learn if not shown or told how to load model or export it into blender

yes but first they need to know how the ascii extension got in blender to begin with, because it does not comes with blender.

oh that's pretty simple as it is automatic shown when you save GenericItem but the key is getting the ascii working on blender is what everyone is most anxious about.  I would show it but since you already started all these "how to" I assume you be the best choice to show us how it is done.

blender 2.49b is actually better to use when it comes to making meshmodels for XPS/XNALara. i think because the plugins arent made for the newer versions of blender

I do no have that problem- I use 2.74


1. In order for Blender to find the add-on, the makewalk folder must be copied from blendertools to Blender's addon directory.
2. convert_materials_to_cycles.py- developer.blender.org/diffusio…
3. XNALaraMesh(1.4).zip - user pref\install from file
