Nice! Not to be rudeΒ but a few things,
One the glow on the eye is a bit too bright and makes it hard to see the eye.
And two (just my horrible opinion) The 'Psyco/Insane' trope is over done. But again just my opinion.
Now onto the goood stuff,
I really like how you got the dripping blood to loook realistic! You got the leggings perfect! (better than the way i drew them!)
