few days ago I have been designing on a new character and Last night I already started writing. It will be completed soon.
When I have completed the reference sheet and added information, do I put the link here to apply ? and how many days do I have before the new ranks closes?

You submit the character to their herd folder and wait for an admin to review : ) Only the Flamen rank is limited and its filling up fast
