    *Backstory-Darian is a high school swimmer with olympic aspirations. He's exceedly popular a thanks to social media presence and his athletic exploits. As you could expect, this young man is in desperate need of a humbling. Darian's life changes forever when he sees Achie/Tidal Fury Black engaged in a battle against one of the Trench Mafia's creatures. When it's destroyed, the Jellyfish Tidal Talisman emerges from it and bonds to the swimmer. Darian is transformed into the Pink Tidal Ranger, partner to the Black Ranger. Darian initially has no desire to be involved with the Rangers. In fact he wants to use his newfound status to further his fame as opposed to being an actual superhero. This causes immediate friction between himself and Archie, who has no time for this teen's antics. However, these two must work together if they hope to stand a chance against the Trench Mafia
