2/52 -Red
I was trying to do some sort of 'Red Ridding Hood' , but there's nothing close to look like a forest except on the other side of the island, so I end up doing regular self-shots in weird poses in the canes-forest behind my house

Firstly .. Thank heaven you couldn't achieve 'red riding hood' too base for a project as this.
Secondly .. Thankfully you couldn't make it to the woods! The cane field you used adds a touch of eeriness to the finished project. The light you have stepped into giving way to the darkness you emerged from.
The pose you finally settled for gives the impression of listening for whatever may have followed you down the path from whence you came, the tilt of the head allowing the hair to flow like a wild mane, the stretch of the neck showing the muscle structure (beautiful)
And finally the black hair flowing freely, the bright red lipstick, WOW! A movie heroine from the 1950's.
This should be in your prints for sale I myself want one.

I would describe this more as 'Amazing Grace' than 'Red Riding Hood' Silvia .. I see the colour and style of your hair coupled with the deep red lipstick a throwback to 1940's styling, a style that seems to fit you perfectly, and the pose is perfect ... not weird ..... I will one day pay you a visit on Gran Canaria

Thank you Casey, and for someone from a place such as huge as USA my island is minuscule (0.6 square miles If I've done well my metric convertion!), but our roads are steep and sinuous and 1h of driving It's a LOT (specially during finals period!)

May I ask which Canary island you live? I've heard of them of course before, but never really knew about them. I googled them some last night and I think it seems so cool to live there! and now I know I have a friend who lives there!

I live on Gran Canaria, of one the capital islands, and it is quite nice to be here except if your dream job is in the artistic industry. I'll probably end up either on south america or eastern countries trying to find some architecture work to be done

I was gonna write a critique, but I can't think of 100 words, unless you want fifty of them to be 'beautiful'. It's really well done though. Great lighting. Red really makes you stand out. Overall, it's a great effect. And I think that looks foresty enough
