actually they are doing up the waterfront (about time that mob spent some money)
thats a slip I think for a canoe (or possibly jet ski seems) too steep for a boat, unless you have a few handling it

yest thats my guess... the steps are sandstone and the blocks of wood are at like nearly 45% which is rather steep for a boat me thinks
but there so many other things these days that go on water (and round here you see them all)
its definably at place were they would be carried so canoes or even perhaps a Laser sail boat might be doable

Fresh cut sand stone alway looks great
thats what the over lay framing is
(thought I've darkened it off a bit)

I was on a laser once
quite a speedy little things with a bit of wind on their sail
bit heavy to lug around thought

probably why sail boards become quite the fashion
