It's true; we are. I thought about something; Adam and Eve were likely tan, dark haired, and dark eyed. If all people came from those two, wouldn't it make sense that all people would have just variants on the same skin color?I decided to do a simple test; I took the color tan in my horrible paint program, and I lightened it. Then, I darkened it. Guess what? What most people consider "white" and what others call "black" came from the same color.
By the way, I think that someone else had a stamp very similar to this; I know, I commented on it. I can't remember who it was. If anyone can link me there, I'd like it so that I can put the link in my description, and if they so desire, they can, too. I just don't want anyone to think I'm stealing it or vise versa.

My dad got mad at me once because I said "Why do they say black, white, red, and yellow people? Aren't we all just different shades of brown?" And he said "No because there aren't that many shades of brown.

Thank you. It doesn't matter what your race or color is, we're all created equal. Human's a human, no matter what color it is. Like, take it as this:
Dogs have different breeds; Dalmations, Golden Retrievers, Waterdogs, Labs, the list goes on. No matter how different they look, they all have one thing in common: They're all dogs. That's kind of how humans are, no matter what we look like, we're all human. And yeah, now that you say that, we kinda are all just shades of one color. Peach, light brown, and dark brown. Those are all variations of the neutral color, tan. Nice point there.

Racists make no sense whatsoever. Some people are darker because their ancestors were out in the sun all the time, and others lighter cause they were inside all the time. It's just the body making adjustments so that way people won't get sunburned as much. You don't see people making fun of people up in the mountains with larger lungs so they can breathe the thin air easier

Sometimes I wonder if the real reason why most people are racist towards skin colour in the first place is because of the cultures surrounding different ethnic groups. Like say if there is one group who show themselves to be irresponsible, disrespectful, deceitful and easily swayed by many evils in life, such as alchohol and drugs, people become more mindful of the appearence of said group, where the colour of one's skin is one of the first things involved in identifying who someone is before they can speak for themselves. It is a terrible way to be, and when there is so much stigma involved with the group, trust is no longer something treated at face value and must be earned through good deeds and the worth of one's individual character. Not this is such a bad thing, though. I don't think trust should be readily given to anyone till knowledge of their character is shown, no matter who they were born to and where in the world they were raised from. It's just good common sense.
Anyhoo, personally I love all skin tones and, as for Adam and Eve, the only thing I'd be concerned about with their appearence is how they'd have no navels.

I actually said that because I was thinking about an albino girl I know. Her skin is so white but with a hint of a pinkish colour. But as for people who don't have pigment problems, I suppose everyone is just tanned

i never understood racism... mainly i think it's just history behind the race, and nothing (or very little) to do with the color at all.
but seriously, people act like that because someone of one culture did something that everyone else supports or does the same! that's just a little bit ignorant and stupid in my opinion!

Racism is a relatively new development. When the Christians criticized slavery in general, slave owners and their profiting governments needed a way to justify slavery morally, and therefore, they decided to dehumanize the slaves in order to avoid the moral backlash. Like I said, racism is relatively new.

America was an open land Christopher Columbus discovered and the whole of Europe went into a scramble to get it. It was also discovered earlier by a Viking. As for Britain? It's very rare, but there is a way that someone can be a "pure race"; in the Middle East. Surely there has to be some people, albeit a tiny number, whose ancestry could be traced back to Abraham with nothing else mixed in. Honestly, though, that number is maybe in the hundreds at most.
