I decided to make a new oc again. >u> He's a former human who made a deal with the devil to give him power to kill his wife who cheated on him, and other women who would be unlucky enough to cross his path. He has the power to basically summon arrows. He usually likes to kill women by seducing them or making them fall in love with him, and then striking them in the heart with an arrow. (Literally) I also drew this on my phone on an app that has no choice of colors. >n>
