Step 2: pick your eye color and set out a color pallet' have the color you want the eye to be, a darker version of that color and a lighter version. The color in the eye with the main color
Step 3: using the darker version of the main eye color, color the bottom half of the eye
Step 4: using the lighter version of the main eye color, color the top half of the eye
Step 5: Using a dark color (in this case Dark blue) and put small streaks around the pupils
Step 6: using a lighter, very close to white(in this case very light blue) and put small steaks between the dark streaks around the pupils
Step 7: using a color slightly lighter than what you used for the light streaks, use a transparent brush and slightly gloss on the bright color, but just over the streaks around the pupil, not any further out than that. Make sure not to cover up the streaks
Step 8: add. A white spot on the edge of the pupil and a white rim on the opposite side of the eye
