Description
This is a piece I've wanted to do for a while after being hit with inspiration by DEVO's song of the same title which are the lyrics in the background.
Β Kind of a homage to an old piece of lore that seems to have been largely left behind for Dr. Neo Cortex, in that he suffers debilitating headaches & migraines. I really like that tidbit of his character, it makes him a lot more believable, I wish it came up more in the games.
