yep, definitely overkill for this version of ricky mcdouche.
I doubt his being rude transfers properly to nonfunctional nads.
While I am sure he will prove worthy of the hate, now it becomes a question of whether his getting revenge is valid. (still a douche so I won't cry to much over his defeats, but this is proof that the "heroes" are not making infallibly good decisions.)
