This is very cool but a bit confusing.
How did you get the search box on the right but the tollbar on the left? And theres a line that seperates the tab starndart buttons from the breadcum address so it shows theyre seperated, how can I remove it?

Left is only arrows from QT Standard buttons (customize it!) and right is QT Tab Bar (folder tab). QT Standard Buttons not works if QT TabBar is deselect from menu (right click on the toolbar, select/enable QT TabBar). Separators disabled when colorized backround in QTTabBar Options (Appearance)..

Very cool, btw do you know that how to enable "history" (frequently visited folders) feature in QT addressbar just like vista / windows 7 explorer? It just left blank bar and empty "history" key in QT registry. thanks

I used another skin for WB, I think BlueTouch [link] or Insomnia or other ..
For the Basic skin you do not need to use WB skin, you just only border for the TrueTransparency skin by Ibanezplayer [link]

Good info, so you have viewed QTtab under toolbar, it's not for Windows 7. I have the same solution in the download for findexer furthermore, I have favorites and there are not links. Otherwise, the link you gave only sreenshot not the resources files ..

This plugin can be used to show thumbnails, icons, list.. with only one button like in 7.Styler TB needs5.Problem is to integrate it at the correct position.

...and for aero effects use backround image by PeterRollar, its Aero explorer 2 Styler "Reflection.png", and crop it !(Is very big (~1,4MB, 1934x1461), explorer start slowly).

It's simple, just change the background settings QTTabBar (Options -> Appearance -> Toolbar background color or image...) as shown in the instructions.
All settings and layout for all QT bars set with maximized window (and repead the proces for open new windows and full screen (F11)) , but you have unlock the toolbars, of corse...
