Description Originally drawn September 6, 2013. I just got around to re-doing it digitally. 
That being said, I haven't improved much since then anyways so…yeah. I'm not too fond of the eyebrows…or the shirt…or the shadings…
This is the first time I have ever tried shading a person digitally, so sorry that it kinda sucks. :3 Also, I messed up on his uniform...
