The reason the person told you not to use circle tool is because it's against the rules of the comics. Even if you're not that good at circles, it's fine! None of us are very good. The badness is part of the charm in Polandball comics. If you use circle tool, the comic you worked so hard to make won't be an official Polandball comic. The rules are on the internet. Please look them up.
