Thanks a lot. Actually your haircolor would have been at great in that environment.
I was really, really happy, that Kata and I finally had the chance to do a shooting. We've been trying too get one done for the better time of this whole year.

This photo really has a certain hardness to it but it still is extremely feminine in all of it's bitchyness and with the rough attitude. I really have to say I like this alot

An Olympus E 500 with two lenses. Even though I haven't had too many occasions to try the cam, I am – up 'till now – really satisfied with the camera.

2x crop factor? What do you mean? Maybe my technical english is a little rusted in...

eh, i problaby just worded it wrong i ment "18 - 180 mm lens which will provide a 36 - 360 mm equivelant field of view."

Oh, you are reffering to the "Double Zoom Kit"? Actually that is two lenses. Olympus offered this package for those who don't have any other lens yet. There was one 14 - 45 mm and one 40 - 150 mm lens in the package. Both are really good. I especially love the bigger one, since for the first time in years I can really work with depth-of-field effects again. A thing I missed with my former digital cam (Minolta Z1). The last time I could do tricks like that was with my old analog camera, a Minolta XG 2 from the early 70s.

The Olympus lenses seem to be a little less expensive than those of the competitors, Canon or Nikon. Another reason why I've choosen the Olympus. The Canon 350D would have been another option, but that cam turned out way to sepensive. I've used the Nikon of the same range once and hav to admid, it didn't really felt right...
The 14-45 lens ist great for close-ups or if you want to get really crisp wide-angle images. Its great for giving a model really long legs too. Of course for playing with the depth-of-field only the macro-range is really usable. But that is pretty normal for 14-45 or similar lenses. I actually perfer the tele-zoom. Most of the times that is.

Yeah the next few years in photography are going to be intresting with big time eletronics geting in to the DSLR game like sony, ect. As far as the Feel of the Nikon i love it, but thats just me. hopfully i will be able to get that lens in 2 or 3 months, maybe at the end of september. As far as giving the models long legs it would help if i was in a country where i knew how to speak the language :-p. So that does limit me as far as my modeling work. But after my 17-55 i think i will have to get the 70-200 :-D granted both those lenses are well over a grand

Would you belive me, if I told you that this dress is about 15 years old and unfortunately pretty much beat up? We improvised a little to make it look good.

Another valid reason then. Congratulations on the improvising and the end result, it's an incredible photo.

Come to think about it, then the dress could count as another piece of artwork, since it is self-made. My back-then girlfriend and I made the dress.

Perhaps you should make another one. Who knows if you have another yet-to-be-find skill?
As long as I'm concerned your photos are fantastic enough as they are

Well, who knows what the future might bring. I doubt it though. I've done my own latex designs for quite some time, but that was, when there was hardly any cool stuff was availably or affordable for me. A while before the now big players of pervy fashion like DeMask really hit the market...
