Description
Another character for my endless Rebel vs soldier project is thus finished.. and I regret to say this is THE LAST gift drawing I'm gonna do for a VERY VERY long time.. (i'm just sick of it right now)Anyhow, the wolf on the drawing is 's character Fang who's a mercenary hiring himself out to the highest bidder
I'm very pleased with how this drawing came out with the exception of a very simplified red badge on his shoulder wich should have looks something like this: [link]
sorry but I've just now spent somewhere around 6 HOURS on this drawing and I don't intend to do more...

Cool l85 with brown grips+stock! Looks very nice, i almost confused it whit some Ak style variants. Very nice indeed. And sry im bit gun nut : DD

i cannot believe i never commented on this.. i remember like autofaving because its so fantasmic... but yeah you get awesome points for the SA80 took me a while to figure that though as you made it brown and i'm used to them being olive.... fun fact,, i fired the cadet model of this rifle.. the cadet one is bolt action though rather than semi auto and auto XD... still a tremendously lovely gun.. that thing had less of a kick that the .22 rifle i've also fired... which is scarey concidering the size difference.. i mean a .22 is nothing man XD...
but yes i'll stop talking about weapons i fired and go on about how great i love this... i feel it has the perfect balance of colors and equipment to suit a mercenary and i do adore the rifle (biased much?) not only that but as useual your details are outstanding on the ammo pouches and the rest of the flak jacket.. i really love this merc pic Kristian.. and thankyou again for haveing such a great and not often drawn rifle.

Nice work! I've said it before, but I'll say it again, you improve with each drawing
A little piece of advice I just thought of that might help in the future; when you're drawing cylinders, the ellipse of the cylinder is aligned perpendicular to the direction of the cylinder's height.
Here's a pic to help explain that a bit: [link]
As a rule, the line straight down the cylinder's length is what you align the ellipse to. So in your case here, the barrel of the rifle appears skewed or flattened; it looks like the ellipses are aligned to the box of the weapon itself, instead of the cylinder.
Of course it does get a bit more complicated when the cylinder doesn't have a flat "top", such as with the front of the optical sight on the top of the rifle. In that case you can't really use the alignment trick so you have to think more about how the angled cylinder edge is in perspective of the drawing and the viewpoint - or have a really good reference pic in that same angle to look at
The other parts of the scope look good though! Not really any perspective errors there

aww yea I know what you mean with art block, they appear quite often for me (wich is why I often keep some half finished drawing nearby to colour^^)
but yea I'll see if I can get around to sketch that character of yours sometime^^ (no promices though)
