YOU MAY EDIT AND REDISTRIBUTE FINISHED MODEL (not just the base...) AND PLEASE CREDIT ^_^ I love to see what your results are
This base is not as small as the one in the picture the link shows, but it's about hip hight to a normal model. Unlike the picture, this model is flat chested.
After seeing how many people loved the appearence, and several of Kasha's friends liking it as well, I decided to post the base I made in Blender (All but the Torso and hands, I used an old model but I cant remember which. Think it was a Rin model...)
Head: Made by self in Blender (has facial expressions)
Legs: Made by self in Blender
Torso (Chest): I can't remember, but I think it was a Rin base.

PMD Editor or Blender. I've been making and editing for more than a year and i'm still somewhat of a n00b. If you're gonna' do it, practice practice practice, and be proud of the result no matter what.
