Loose the blur over the vector. It looks stupid and its too distracting, it draws you away from seeing quility.

Yea i garee it's too blurred on the clothing, and possibly on everthing as a matter of fact. Also the hand with the peace sign looks a lil odd. I think it's cuz the index finger is too fat at the bottom or something. One thing that really stands out is the eyes. you should outline the top with black to make it look like eyelashes or something. And then shade around and at the bottom of the eyes for some shadows. You can either use the burn tool (photoshop) or just a dark brown with the paintbrush/airbrush. Also, it would be very helful if you made the white area of the eye smaller ..and i guess you could do that by making the pupil bigger.
Good job on the shading, except in some parts it looks a bit blurred. And I really like the hat, cuz the ECKO kinda glows.
