The first ever Pixel house that I made, over all I believe it took me about 2 weeks of on and off work, but I'm extremely pleased with the result. I admit that I kinda cheated a bit on the textures, using noise to help me, but I figure, if the tools are there, why not use them, right?Anyways, this one the one that I kept forgetting to get from college ^_^
To be completely honest, i only added the road just as a bit extra, I mean, If you live in a single house surrounded by a main road on all four sides, I feel sorry for you >_>
I really like my little guy at the door, heh, he's cool.

looks really busy with the noise
try avoid using it, so it can have that classic clean pixel art look
although it looks good for making grass
i might have to try that

I like it. I don't think the sidewalks needed the noise though, and the road is a bit overdone with it. I'd recommend only using noise in those cases where it's vital, like the grass. The grass looks very nice in this picture. The overall feel to the whole thing is great too. Since this is your first pixel house, I'm impressed, keep it up.
