Despite falling several stories to the ground below, Rachel's expansion was fast enough to launch her own size dramatically larger, to several times that of her apartment building during her fall. This entirely cushioned the blow when her sides impacted the street and caused her to roll over the nearby parking lot and bus terminal in the process. All of the agitation through bouncing and rolling over the past few moments did Rachel no favors, and as her gargantuan body came to a wobbly standstill on another nearby lot, it shook ominously in short spurts before letting out a dangerously deep groan across the town.
