The proud and agile Fauni are indigenous to many forests and plains, ranging from small nomadic tribes to bustling villages. The Fauni sees the forest as a mother-figure, as it provides for them for almost every need. They will not sit idly by if the forest is in danger, often driving away threats by force. Naturally, the Fauni are close allies of the Faeryns, as their interests in protecting nature align.

None know the forests better than the fabled Fauni Pathfinders, the vigilant protectors of the forest. The Pathfinders are able to travel through forests in half the time of most other guides, but they are mostly unwilling to help (Unless they are accompanied by Faeryns). Pathfinders skill with a bow are equally impressive. They are trained to fight in the thickest of forests, where arrows have many obstacles. Still, their arrows find their mark with remarkable precision.

The Fauni know common language, but rarely speak it. When they do, they are short and to the point phrases.

Average Fauni are taller than most Humans, though more lanky. They are incredibly agile, being able to outrun pretty much every other race. Due to this, they make incredible messengers and rangers. Fauni’s have Antlers/Horns, but keep them short for practicality. Only Elder Fauni are given privilege of growing their antlers fully to their majestic form, as a symbol of life-long experience and servitude to the forest.
