Story Scene
Pigeon scratched away at the angry red bumps on her neck. They had begun to appear rather suddenly, making her already tricky life that much more difficult. With a hiss of upset aether, she slumped to the cold ground to pity herself. As she did, she noticed a small, hairy brown thing staring at her with wide eyes and perked ears. She recognized the scrawny creature as one that lived in the shadows, picking at rubbish- much like herself. Even though these things weren’t usually friendly (or tasty), Pigeon had to admit she thought they were kind of cute, and smiled a little despite her discomfort.
