Weather-Girl's new name and look! She's not fully white anymore, she mixed with something idk yet prolly Indian maybe lol. Cuz I love diversity.Meagan is a fashion designer, about a year ago she was on trip in another country for her job and fell into a cave that had ancient markings and artifacts. She was chosen by the soul of unknown gods to become the new goddess of weather. She became Weather-Girl but has now changed her name to show she's changed. She is 5.7 normally but is 6.1-2 when transforming into Weather Rider and her hair gets extremely long. She is now the co-leader of the Ultra-Alliance.
More character designs soon. This is just a new series I'm doing besides Streak.

I dunno about Weather Rider; it's definitely better than Weather Girl, but to me it still feels like there's something missing... I'm not sure what, though.

Her design is great. I love her clothes, fashion but still comfy. I like the fact that she is half Indian, maybe because of that you can play with her skin color. If you say that her hair is extremely long maybe you could try another hairstyle so It won't get in the way

it looks cool, yet I prefer her old design, but let'see were this one goes. Have to say by that her appearance and style, she looks more like the original Weather girl that later pass the Weather Girl mantle to the one we all know. Let's see how it ends!
