This part connects directly to part 4. Chara cried out her confusion and her despair and Asriel did, what he can do best: Hugging people and make them feel better. Like the game implied, Chara got adopted by the Dreemurrs.
The music stays the same like in the last part, because its in fact the same scene: Field of Flowers
