[Edit August 2019: Designed a more sleaker layout for the concept art, with some more details I thought would be important.]
[Edit November 2019: Made the lineart darker and changed the shading to my current style. Also retconned some details because it makes now more sense and is easier to draw xD]
[Edit January 2020: Changed the layout of the sheet.]
[Edit June 2020: Added his birthday and mental age & changed sheet layout.]
[Edit April 2021: Complete new ref layout/design; also showing as much important details as possible. Oh, also sprites for funsies lol]
[Edit September 2021: Fixed anatomy.]
I love drawing Papyrus' expressions, but his body somethimes gives me trouble XD

Aw, well, there is always this one to refer back to.
(Also, I should mention, YOU DREW HIM WEARING CLOTHES!!! So many people draw his bones (besides head/neck) just black, when they don't consider that he didn't want to be naked under his battle body)

Yeah, I was close to do that too since I assumed it might be some supertight thermo leggins or something. But then I remembered my motto for my LogTale designs which is interpreting the gamesprites in my own way and decided to make it different xD Let's me also avoid drawing too many bones aka makes my job easier xD

Bones ARE pretty complicated; so many extra ones we never even knew existed up close, and then there's determining whether they're fused since these skeletons are magical and not human...leggings are a reasonable and nice choice

Yah, drawing and writing comics has always sounded like one of the most dedicating projects in the world of stories. You are not just writing or drawing, you are doing both and correlating them together, which is a great feat.

The way how both support each other is so fascinating. It only gets topped by animation xD I really wish I could animate to make LogTale in a style similiar to Glitchtale or Underverse, in real episodes.
I have little to no experience tho, so my next goal is getting some skills in video editing so that I at least can combine my comic together with music like I intended when I started this xD

That would be amazing! (and very difficult, good luck!) Glitchtale and Underverse are pretty neat, though the creators really pushed themselves. And Camila gets a lot of pressure from fans unfortunately, so maybe it is better to not always go super far with videos.
