Description
I realize this is just a silly waterfall shot, but... Four years I took a road trip to Rocky Mountain National Park with a couple friends. My dad loaned me his point and shoot camera for the occasion, and with it I took:For some reason when I got my SLR, Chasm Falls was what came to mind to reshoot. So, this was the first time I've been to the park since I got my SLR, and I more or less made a beeline for the falls. I really wanted to keep the composition the same, but it was raining and the granite was very, very slippery. I probably could have scrambled down there, but it would have been precarious to have my tripod and camera on a slick rock right next to a fast-moving stream. We all know I'm way too klutzy for that.
Chasm Falls, Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado.

Thanks. Yeah, not worth risking gear on crazy granite. Plus it gives me an excuse to go back.
