I was a bit worried because I did manually everything, from the gravestones texture to the sky (pay attention that the building on the background is an old traditional drawing of mine scanned and colored; that's the art of recycling stuff X'D ). Lots of layers, I'm not used to this.
Yeah, those drops are carried by the wind, but the downpour is very near; he should fastly run home before getting soaked to the skin.
