Description
You had it easy for one that lives in a lovecraftian setting, Frankie.
Frances Morgan is a descendent of the "youngish" Morgan from Dunwich Horror. She has Insmouth heritage, but is lucky to live in an age in which there are glamour spells that will let her live among humans without trouble when her changes progress.
Wilbur Whateley II is the result of another branch of the Whateleys trying to succeed where Old Whateley failed. He is even more human that the first Wilbur, but is weird enough to bring Frankie down to earth. xD
These guys are American versions of the characters of my strip. This one: strixvanallen.deviantart.com/gā¦
I tell a little bit more about them here: strixvanallen.deviantart.com/a⦠Not much more, tough, they are work in progress. :3

And, if everything else fails, you can always offer lots of gold. And fish.

And here is our scheduled, yet friendly reminder that when the Deep Ones came knocking, the bachelors of Inssmouth prostituted themselves for a handful of gold and a bucket of shrimp each. Ā

"Eh, what else could go wrong? It's just sex! It's not like we will get pregnant, right? ...Wait, WE raise the children?"

"And the in-laws are going to visit HOW often?!"
(Kind of off-topic - I have this weird little headcanon that the Deep Ones' society was matriarchal.)Ā

Not so weird, that great-great-(...)-mother that appeared on The Shadow Over Insmouth do seem some kind of matriarch.

Plus, she was the only Deep One whose name we know, at least in Lovecraft's stories. Also, the only pairs between humans and Deep Ones we ever learn of consist of human males and female Deep Ones - almost as if it were more important who the mother was... Very conquest-y, too.

Yeah, it totally makes sense.
