Incredible humiliation! I wonder how she got herself captured, stripped completely naked, and made into a living scarecrow or other target. She is made to be an example for all foreigners who come here. Her dignity is completely destroyed and her identity will be taken away as well, when she is completely unrecognisable. the shadow of that guy looking through the barn-door is telling a lot.
I like the material of these wooden bars a lot! (Which one are that, or is it self made?) and I like the overall lighting too (while it may add some to the mood if there would be some darker corner around the bright centre) and it's cool that you did not forgot to add some background area behind the barn-walls.
I like those kind of details
