So another test with Octane but this time with the Redspec skin shader. The skin certainly looks better but at a cost quite lot longer render times.Related content

the time for rendering was good investment

It's a bit difficult to compare given the different angles and lighting, but Octante Test1 Β seemsΒ of comparable quality to this, so if it was a much quicker render then I'd stick with that if I were you. Cheers.

Thanks for the feedback, am going to hopefully try and find some middle ground, as I tend to do lots of renders for my comics I need to find a time/quality balance.
