You hit all the right notes here, except that ball gag. That's just not how ball gags look. The ball goes inside the mouth, between her teeth. If you can fix that, this will be a perfect image.

This is my favourite version by far. I don't know what difference Octane makes, but her cell looks believably dank and slimy. We really don't need to see her captor, her look says it all.
