Ought to be called only just standing device. The fact that she cannot straighten her legs will put a big strain on her knees after a while as she won't be able to relax. Very painful especially if that collar is heavy.

You have to think 'Chinese pilory'. It can have holes for the wrists, but make it broad enough and her arms may be left free to fetch and carry while her hands will be prevented reaching her mouth, leaving her unable to feed herself (or sratch an itchy nose!)
