There's so much to like about this image. Sort of an homage to John Willie and "Gwendoline," cage-wise (but with a ball gag instead of a brank). But what I like the most is that unbelievably super expression on the other woman's face.

Beautiful work. The shading all the way down her body is amazingly cool and well done.
It's like the mistress is gently stroking her cheek or lightly pulling back her hair (or both). Hot and sinister at the same time.
