I always thought she looks kinda exhausted - probably from an imense feast she just finished - but she is probably already thinking of the next one.

I love her expression! She looks content and happy and, of course, hella beautiful! The entire illustration is well-rendered but I must say you've done a stellar job on her hand. You've made it nicely plumped without seeming out of proportion, something that seems rather difficult to do in drawings of the hyper-obese.
