Very beautiful work there. The ever so slight blemishes on the face. The only way it could have been improved away from the "glam" that others discussed is in the hair and makeup. The girls are beautiful in their own right. The perfectly coiffed hair doesn't go with the slight makeup they are wearing. Quite frankly, they could have gone without makeup at all and hair more natural as two girls in a shower would be and the shot would have been just as lovely. But with the lighting and so many of the details being so well done...I just feel like I am nitpicking for having said that much.

i dissagree. while this shot could easily have stumbled into the "porn" style of shot, Studio J has made a wonderfull job of capturing the passion behind the kiss, and capturing "real" aspect of the human body (such as dirty fingernails), it is far from a fake glamour shot - setting it apart from the typical slew. technically it is well composed and lit, with balanced rosy skin tones. my one complaint is the background: the linolium tile is distracting - very real - but distrating none the less. kudos, i love it.
