WOW, i hope you get the comments and the credit you deserve for this beautiful painting, it gladdens me and settles into that place inside that says home. Reminds me of the first time i saw a harbor that wasen't the one my father worked at. Newfoundland, it's reminding me of my trips there as a child. wOW..thats so poignent. thanks for uploading this so i could see it and remember why i love the sea so much, all it's given me over the years (that includeds a flooded basement too by the way.) But also the serenity i found on the beach when i was upset. the mystery of water storms and the electricity of living so slose to such a powerful force.

This is gorgeous! It really caught my eye how the seagulls stand out from the canvas, but at the same time remain camouflaged in the thick layers of painting. And the roughness of the ships is just fantastic! Great work!
