Description
So, I've been doing an aircraft. I thought I'd go headfirst and try one out, and I am happy with what I came up with. However, it became a session of render practice, and I am very happy in that respect.
This'll probably turn into a proper coloured version with innards visible. Could turn up in a scene later on...
EDIT (hopefully the last): Ok, so the wing issue has been fixed. I look at it again, thinking that perhaps it wasn't so wise to trust myself and my inability to use perspective properly. Turns out there was a problem with the measurements, and where I took them.
BUT, all resolved now

Very good looking.
Just a thought in mind, the plane looks too small to have jet engines dont you think?

Not if the jet engines themselves aren't big themselves. Have a look at the Cessna Citation series, especially the earlier versions such as the Citation I. They use jets roughly the same size as in this one (ish).
The plane would work given that the engines have enough output to get the thing to lifting speed, so it's not so much of a big deal whether it's powered by prop, turbofan, or jet means.

Alright I'm gonna go with Zach on this. That wing is definitely too long. While you may have an logical explanation for it, its not aesthetically pleasing, and your gonna get that a lot. I think the render looks great! But you need to shorten the wing regardless.

I imagined that the door would open outwards and up, like on the DMC DeLorean in Back to the Future

Nice work.
It might just be me, but the wing on the other side looks a little bit longer? Also, there's a stray pixel on the very left of the canvas.

Haha, I thought someone would say something about the wing.
In actual fact, it is geometrically correct. It's just that the wing nearest curves up away from the viewer, thus looks shorter. The opposite is for the other wing.
Thanks for letting me know about the pixel though!

I don't want to make the too long, so I shortened the aft wing.
Besides, the cockpit doesn't hide anything exciting . Thanks for the fave!
