Something a bit different from me. Done for the Pixel-Pax summer/winter comp. More details here: [link]I decided to not go for the daytime summer scene, but instead challenged myself into making a night summer scene. A beautifully lit warm summer's night, the moonlight low on the horizon.
How can you justify this being in the summer? Well, who would go out for a sailing cruise in winter? haha.
Oh, and the title is inspired/taken from the 5th track from Qua's 2nd album, ' Painting Monsters On Clouds '. It also goes quite well with the work.
EDIT: Forgot the boat reflection/shadow. Plus added some fiddly wake effects.

Well, they were kind of a restriction, so I couldn't help the colours I used. I've toyed with a coloured version though.

I may just, If I get around to it. I was actually kind of hoping to build up more works before I did though. Sort of like an extension of this account, but for works that have had more work been put in them.

It only took about 45 minutes. Not very long.
