Your day started as usual ... when she woke up, so did you.
She fed you for the day, and even washed you today ... guess you were starting to stink a little from the job you were ordered to do in order to stay with her.
She was your girlfriend ... used to be, ever since you shrunk, the relationship devolved into you simply becoming one of her many possessions.

She would usually wear flat shoes like ballerina flats and the like, however today was different, she had to do a presentation for a big client at the firm she was employed at, and as such, the necessity to dress up in a more professional manner was imposed upon her by her boss.
This implied wearing heels.
The day started as usual ... but upon laying down in her heel, preparing for work yourself, you realized the steep incline, which worried you a little.
But, so long as you didn't slide down too far, it should all be fine.
The day went well, you managed to cling on sufficiently well, up to the moment her presentation came.
She was nervous, you could tell instantly by the increase of sweat dampening up her shoe ... however, it also made the surfaces you were on a lot more slick.
She started her presentation, nervousness increasing with the amount of fidgeting she was doing, often balancing on only one foot to lift off some pressure, but that is when she shifted to the other foot, and without realizing it, tapped the toe of her heel on the floor beneath her, dislodging you in the process and sliding you downwards.
You tried your best to climb back up to the arch of her foot, but another tap on the ground made you lose grip once more.
Your foot was now stuck between the ball of her foot and the shoes insole.
And with that, she shifted her weight once more.
The amount of sweat in her shoe masked the warmth of your blood as she began applying more and more pressure on your lower body.
Finally over with her presentation, she went back to her office to kick off her shoes, but it was already too late, as your entire lower body had been ground to a bloody pulp.
There you lay, as she continued work, oblivious to your fate, and yet to discover what had become of you upon getting back home ...
