Description -Old symphonic words
Plucked fresh from the valley
Sprout from shortcomings

-Velveteen whispers
Sheathing pale skin like sunscreen
Speak slower at dusk

-Honeysuckle breeze
Wafts warmly in summer swells
Guiding nostrils home

-Your dampened tendrils
Lying lax on my shoulder
Trail down to my soul

-Plucked pink peonies
Frail from overexposure
Exhale final breaths

-At coveted dusk
Avarice stomps the sidewalk
Donning filthy mirth

Thank you. I'd like to think that I've improved from my first collection, but this is the only thing I've written in months that is worthwhile poetry-wise. DX
