Why does he have such a peculiar name, you ask? Why, that is quite simple. He is a creature of riddles. Whenever you run into Mr. Peculiar, you will always be asked a riddle to solve. He even answers your questions in riddles!
Some of his talents include magic tricks consisting of contradictory nature (i.e. turning rain into sunshine and rainbows).
